Ski race training doesn't just happen in the slopes. Physical conditioning is one of the most important parts in a solid ski race training program.

In Zenit ski racing we take really seriously the physical condition training of all of our athletes. When skiing with us, they all have dry land training sessions in the afternoon. We can organize or recommend specific exercises for physical conditioning related to race training throughout the whole year.
